Good Morning, Charlotte!We are waking up from a wonderful night enjoying good food and good times with our fellow employees! Dr. Porter hosted the annual Christmas party for the office and invited Chef Bill Bigham, http://www.chefbillbigham.com/home.html, to feed us for the second year in a row! We enjoyed Lobster Bisque, Pecan and Goat Cheese Salad, Steak, Halibut, Scalloped Potatoes, and finished it off with Chocolate Lava Cake with ice cream! It was fabulous as always! We even had too much fun to stop and take a photo to share! Maybe next year... !!
